Zee Turner Ltd is a 76:24 joint venture between Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL, an Essel Group company) and Turner India Pvt Ltd (a Time Warner company). It has the mandate to distribute the channels of Zee group and Turner group as well as other satellite TV channels for the territories of India, Nepal and Bhutan. It started operations on 2nd Dec 2002 and has the largest bouquet of channels in the Indian TV channel distribution industry.
